The Infrastructure module — formerly Global Assets — is the central inventory of every known asset across your organization’s digital footprint. It gives you a unified, read-only view of discovered cloud infrastructure, web applications, IP addresses, hostnames, and connected devices. Infrastructure is a source of truth, not a creation surface. You do not add assets here. Discovery happens upstream through integrations, agent endpoints, and scanning, and Infrastructure aggregates the results into one structured catalog for monitoring, risk management, and governance.

How assets get here

Three mechanisms populate the inventory automatically:
  1. Exposure discovery — perimeter scanning and attack surface mapping identify internet-facing hostnames, domains, and public IPs.
  2. Endpoint agents — deployed endpoints register their hardware, network identifiers, and OS configuration.
  3. Integrations and scans — cloud provider integrations such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with vulnerability scanners, sync asset metadata in.

Asset criticality

Criticality captures an asset’s operational importance and business impact — Low, Medium, High, or Critical. Any user can view and apply criticality ratings to prioritize remediation.

Property loading behavior

Some asset properties are fetched on demand when you open the preview drawer. While one is loading you see a small spinner in place of the value rather than a dash. That is expected while live data is retrieved.
