> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.kikimora.io/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Rescanning an application > Re-run a finished scan with the same parameters using the Scan Again action. **Scan Again** re-executes a completed scan with identical parameters, so you can verify remediation without rebuilding the configuration. ## How it works * **Availability** — the action appears in the row action menu (`...`) for scans with status `Finished`. * **Pre-filled configuration** — the target Web Application, Scan Type, and Auth Record carry over from the original scan. * **Naming** — the new scan takes a rescan title derived from the original scan name, appending ` - Rescan`. ## Run a rescan 1. Select **Scan Again** from the action menu on a finished scan row to open the pre-configured wizard, then confirm the parameters.
